Debbie, the owner of Personal Pet and Home Care, embarked on her pet-sitting journey in 1996 in Allen, Texas, driven by her deep passion for animals. Over the years, she has cultivated a stellar reputation not only in Allen but also in the surrounding areas. Her belief in the unconditional love and appreciation animals offer has been the cornerstone of her dedication, making every moment of pet ownership worthwhile.

Denise is truly an invaluable member of our team, having dedicated an impressive 15 years to our organization. Her passion for animals shines through in everything she does, with a special fondness for our feline friends. Beyond her professional life, Denise is a devoted teacher, a loving wife, and a nurturing mother to three grown children. As a grandmother, she continues to inspire her family with her warmth and wisdom.

Her nurturing spirit also extends to her pets, as she is a caring pet mama to her dog Cassie and her cat Ronald. We are incredibly fortunate to have someone as compassionate and committed as Denise in our lives, and we celebrate the many roles she fulfills with such grace and dedication.

Anika is a fun loving and energetic team member. You will never see her without a smile on her face. She loves traveling, babysitting her nephews and animals. Her energy shows in her care of animals when she plays and takes walks. Her favorite part is the of cuddles and snuggles.

Kathy has crafted a fulfilling routine that balances work, family, and personal well-being. Her ability to work from home allows her to spend more time with her two dachshunds, who undoubtedly bring joy and companionship to her daily life. Despite the distance from her children in the service, she treasures the conversations with her adult children, maintaining strong family ties. Swimming and walking her dogs serves as her preferred exercise, keeping her physically fit and mentally rejuvenated.

Varun is pursuing a bachelor’s in computer science, which challenges his problem-solving skills and tech curiosity. He’s also an avid animal lover. Balancing his lifestyle, Varun blends physical activity, intellectual growth, and a love for animals seamlessly.

Kate’s lifestyle is inspiring as she blends fitness, companionship, and camaraderie. Her bond with Maverick, her loyal dog, goes beyond a typical pet-owner relationship, motivating her to stay active with regular walks. Soccer, requiring physical prowess and strategy, highlights her passion for teamwork and goals. Her commitment to workouts shows her dedication to health.

Socially, she values time with friends, strengthening bonds and creating memories. We’re thrilled to welcome her to our pet sitting team!

Emerson

Emerson is a lively team member, always spreading joy. A dedicated student, she works hard towards her dreams, driven by a love for learning. Math is her favorite subject. At home, she has her dog, Sage, and two cats.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, the beach, and music. Emerson also loves working with clients’ pets, appreciating their unique personalities. Her enthusiasm and kindness are invaluable to our team.

Milo

Pet and Home Sitter

Milo came to our team already prepared with his CPR and First Aid training.  That showed us that he understood the importance of learning when caring for animals.

He has a natural gift when it comes to animals.  His calm presence and genuine, caring compassion are what truly set him apart.  Animals instantly feel safe and understood around Milo.

He has a great artistic ability for drawing, and he uses that talent in his spare time.  He has drawn wonderful pictures of some pets.

His heartfelt love for animals makes him someone both pets, and their owners can trust completely.

Michelle

Michelle has a special heart for the cats and also loves dog time when she gets the opportunity. She has a rich history of being a devoted pet parent to many pets through the years.

She is a dedicated teacher in McKinney, brings her nurturing nature and commitment to excellence into her work.

Melanie’s sweet and kind nature shines through in every visit.  Animals naturally gravitate toward her gentle spirit, sensing the calm and comfort she brings the moment she walks through the door.  Her loving approach helps pets feel safe, relaxed, and truly care for-making every visit a positive and reassuring experience.

Melanie also has tenderness and love for the elderly. She works as a beautician for an assisted living taking care of the elderly.  

The care of the elderly, pets and clients as a team we love the talents that she brings on board to the company.

Denisha

Denisha has the heart for the bully breaks.  Her compassionate spirit and gentle nature make every pet feel safe, loved, and understood.  Denisha understands the uniqueness of every pet and respects that.  

She is a busy working mom for the postal service and raising two wonderful sons.  

Being a mom and working with the public in her job has given her the skills and compassion needed for each of the pets and the clients.

She believes the pets are treated like family, because their happiness and well-being are always #1 on her heart.

Allison

Allison has been working with animals since she was 18 in animal shelters.  She is honored to be a part of ending gas chamber euthanaisa in animal shelters in Alabama and Texas.

She has been married 25 years and is the mother of 3 daughters, a 1 year old shepherd named Sam, 2 cats and a bird.  

Allison loves all animals and is a very detailed care giver.  She always is looking carefully at the health, safety, wellness and personalities of each pet.  Understanding they are all unique and require separate care.

Summer

Summer has the heart of a rescue. She understands that the world needs more of this to take care of the animals on the street.

She is Fear Free Certified so that her skills can be more useful in helping those in need.

She has become our Business Manager with the skills of already knowing the business by being a pet sitter to knowing what it takes to be on the business end of the business. 

Detail is important and understanding that the client knows what their pet needs are.  She has the patience to learn and give each pet and owner the feel of the trust this company understands.
